Insurance and anti-discrimination legislation study

A study and report that the consulting company I work for did in partnership with Aon Consulting required a study of insurance and discrimination law in six English-speaking jurisdictions.  It involved these activities:

-   web research

-   reviewing literature

-   finding relevant law text in six English-speaking countries

-   phone interviewing insurance companies and agencies in those countries

-   phone interviewing human rights commissioners in those countries

This produced a very large body of information to organize, prioritize and analyze.  A highly systematic approach was essential.
