Earliest use of "Mind maps"
I have seen no evidence for earlier use of the term "Mind maps", but if any can be provided, we should recognize that here, so go ahead and edit and provide the verifiable citation. Thanks

Logic diagrams
Some of the formal logic diagrams have been excluded because they are seem to be more about simplifying boolean expressions or electronic logic circuit design than expressing relations between items of information. That's my view but feel free to make a case to the contrary here.
