In WikIT, as in Wikipedia, stub is a short article in need of expansion.

It provides rudimentary information only about a subject and should be marked as a stub by adding a stub template from to the end of the article. Anyone can edit a stub article, or remove a stub template from an article which is no longer a stub.

There are two stub templates:

{{stub}} to tag the whole article, and

{{sectionstub}} to tag one section that is clearly incomplete, in an article that may be otherwise be adequate.
