Observations[edit]
Unusual approach: This is browser based, but users do not save the diagrams online. Instead the save option makes an XML file that can be saved on the user’s PC. Then, on the next visit it can be loaded up again. Visio files can also be loaded up for editing. Diagrams can also be saved as SVG, PBG or JPG.
Not a wide selection of symbols, but it is free.
