Clearing your browser's cache

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)

Start Internet Explorer

Depending on which version you use and your settings, the Tools menu may be in the usual place at the top left of the window, or top right just next to the blue question mark button (Help).

Go to the Tools menu > Internet Options > General tab > Browsing history section > Delete History

when that's done, also > Delete files

If you use Firefox (FF)

Start Firefox

Go to the Tools menu > Options > Private tab > Settings button

Ensure that Browsing History and Cache are checked, press OK

Press the Clear Now button.
