Importing text files

Import a text file (to make a floating topic or a new Topicscape) can accept text files in the format produced by "Export a structured text file" described below. There should be no loss of information, unless you have edited the structural information in a way that gives an invalid structure. In other words, a "round trip" is possible.

Appendix F: Details of format for imported structured text files gives more information about the numbered, outlined format that Topicscape can import.
