Previews of occurrences - problem viewing

I just installed Topicscape on a new PC and I can no longer see previews of web pages

We assume that your new computer must be running Windows 8, 7.

Web pages cannot be previewed in Windows 8, 7 or Vista. Topicscape retrieves preview images from Windows, and while Windows XP provided these for Internet Shortcuts, MHT and HTML files, Vista does not. We have not been able to find any way to make Vista produce these images. Perhaps Microsoft did it for performance or security reasons, because the preview images will be retrieved directly from the Web, but it was an annoying downgrade at the time of Vista's release to many users.

Other previews are unaffected.
