Page loaded for a long time, but remains gray

If, when the web page has loaded for a while you see no more than this:

This may indicate that you need to update Java on your computer. You can download Java and install it quickly from its publisher Sun, here. Then you can try again.

Strange 'flat' images

If, when the web page has loaded, you see something like this:

This may indicate that your computer's hardware does not meet the requirement. To use 3D Topicscape's stunning graphics, even those of the Web View, you have to have modern graphics hardware and software installed on your PC.

It may just be that your graphics driver (software built into Windows or supplied by your graphics adapter manufacturer) needs to be updated. We recommend downloading the latest drivers from the supplier of your graphics card.
